I'm doing this again

Today

Cup of Millet Porridge, described below
3 Chicken Enchiladas, Rice, Salad
15-20 pieces vegan jerky
#17 at vienamese place- rice paper, herbs, sliced pork, vegetables
1/2 cup millet porridge

I've been really into porridge and gruel lately. I was playing these rome city building games, and thought more about the place of gruel in the development of culture and food. Today's porridge was like a cup of millet, 7ish cups water, and a lamb neck bone left in the crock pot overnight. iv'e generally seasoned it pretty generously with soy sauce. it's not nearly as good as spelt or barley/white bean porridge
