again

2 eggs

1 piece wheat toast

large honey-bourbon chicken (on low fat menu, but i got the large) from quiznos on wheat, baked lays, diet mountain dew

2 cups coffee

2 item and steamed rice at panda express- chicken and mushrooms and thai chicken w/ cabbage. looked healthiest.

very large diet coke

2 no-fat, no sugar pudding cups

1 experimental fake- meat patty, about 3-4 oz, i constructed out of brown rice, refried beans (fat free), feta, ricotta, carrots, green onions, 1 egg and flour. that was all for hte mix, more of which is in the bowl still. i consumed about 1/4 of it in this patty, with a slice of provalone. not bad.

i will, honestly, have some cereal after i'm done w/ this post.

curry made from 1 chicken breast, 1 ts-ish oil, vindaloo seasoning, asafoedita, 3.5 potatoes, 2 carrots, peas, 1/2 an onion, 5 cloves garlic, chicken broth, 1/2 cupish full fat yogurt, 1/3-1/2 cup flour (it was an odd and misguided curry, but good, and i ate it all, no portion control, but didn't eat w/ rice.

2 non-fat, no-sugar chocolate pudding cups

yesterday

2 eggs

english muffin + 1 oz cream cheese

small (well under 1 inch square) piece of danish

sunrise cobb salad

piece of wheat toast

2 cups coffee

12" maui onion chicken sandwitch on wheat from subway

today

At gaming panel- 2 vegetable pieces w/ spinach dip.

missed 9am personal training session. oh, well, cardio-strip-tease tomorrow.

tarragon chicken salad sandwitch from starbucks- high fat, yes, but this was official weekend cheat which i didn't actualize until tonight.

Argentine grill place- had swordfish w/ vegetables and salad. healthy, healthy...

then i shared a flan with dulce de leche w/ swisher. i ate most (3/4) of it. soooo much dulce de leche, kinda gross, kinda good. there was my cheat.

also, 3 green teas, and earlier 2 iced coffees w/ fake sugar and whole milk.

this morning

2 eggs- wsa gonna have w/ cheese but i think that asshole ate all my provolone.

and 3/4 of a cantaloupe dressed with teh juice of 1 lime.

Last Night

i had one piece of a large peperoni pizza- like 1/16 of it, not a big new york slice.

7 dreyers dibs (10g fat, 140ish calories... i wanted something sweet and...

ok, nevermind the begin quote, so then i mixed abt. 1/2 c yogurt with cocao and 2tbs honey. it just tasted like yogurt with honey, was kinda gross, but it satisfied.

forgot dinner- was a salmon bento from M cafe. it was very whole-grainey- small portion

abt 4-5 oz salmon
some green beans with ground peanuts
2-3 bites of a pesto gemmeli salad, same volume of a barley veg salad.
4 pieces vegetarian sushi- 2 inari, 2 maki with cut up vegs.
some gingery pickle i hated.

i'm worried about my use of voluminous in one of the previous entries. i'm embarassed, but not enough to change it.

today

late start, of course, bowl of the thai chicken soup, w/ 1/2 cupish brown rice.

i have told myself i can cheat on the weekend, but really want homemade apple pie. i don't knkow if that's something i should let myself do.

i'm about to have this thing i made. it's not that great, but i wanted dessert.

it's about 2/3 cup frozen blueberries, 2/3 cupish low-fat ricotta, splenda, and some rum. it's an attempted dessert, custardy thing. not super-satisfying.

Missed a day

Yesterday was:

2 eggs, 1/4ish cup ricotta and a tablesponish of romano, not that great.

apple- read will help disolve any gallstones i may have.

Lemon moon salad- cilanto pesto chicken cabobs, standard salad greens in vinagrette, and some mango slices, strawberry lemonade.

sushi- 2 tuna nigiri (so 4), 1 salmon nigiri (so 2), california roll

a very, very small amount (1/4 c at most) whole foods trail mix.

2-16 ozish diet limeade, one w/ 2 ozish rum in it.

Also- 30 mins of eliptical machine

is this pointless?

2 eggs, 1ozish feta, 1/3 cupish cooked brown rice. 2 heaping tbsp. low-fat ricotta.

cup coffee

whole wheat turkey wrap from lemon moon. had a slice of bacon in it and avocado, tomato. served with romaine leaves w/ very light ceasar dressing. canteloupe lemonade.

orange

2 gardenburgers on wheat w/ lettuce. cup or so of the squash/bean salad.

tomorrow- more water

so it turns out

the evening meal was 1.5 matzah with the yogurt/feta thing like last night, but with less of the garlic/oil stuff and more yogurt.

2 gardenburgers- whole wheat buns, lettuce, mustard, 1 slice provolone each.

16ish ounces diet limeade.

probably gonna have a diet yogurt for dessert.

will i keep this up?

2 eggs, about an ounce of feta

frisse salad at lemon moon- b/s chicken, walnuts, frisse, lettuce, dill, mango, walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese.

mint tea

sushi- 1 tuna nigiri, i california roll.

glaceau vitamin water.

and i'm going to go have some dinner now, even though it's late. dunno what it'll be.

also- 30 mins on elliptical machine, 30ish minutes arms/shoulders work out.

starting

they say if you want to lose weight, you should keep track of everything you eat. that i will now start.

today i ate:

a cupcake from craft services.

2 eggs, 1 piece of sausage, 1 piece of bacon, hashbrowns, about 1 grain/nut pancake (ihop) some syrup, and an iced tea.

2 small servings of this roasted squash/white bean salad i made. some olive oil is the worst thing in it.

1 piece of matzah with a mixture of whole fat yogurt, feta, and this garlic/parsley/oil sauce i bought at ralphs some time ago. the spread wasn't that voluminous.

about 3 heaping spoons full of the saffron rice from yesterday. had butter in it.

i'm getting ready to eat a bowl of the thai chicken soup i made for swisher on sunday. chicken and vegs simmered in broth, small amoungts of peanut butter and coconut milk added.

tomorrow- have breakfast
