large honey-bourbon chicken (on low fat menu, but i got the large) from quiznos on wheat, baked lays, diet mountain dew
2 cups coffee
2 item and steamed rice at panda express- chicken and mushrooms and thai chicken w/ cabbage. looked healthiest.
very large diet coke
2 no-fat, no sugar pudding cups
1 experimental fake- meat patty, about 3-4 oz, i constructed out of brown rice, refried beans (fat free), feta, ricotta, carrots, green onions, 1 egg and flour. that was all for hte mix, more of which is in the bowl still. i consumed about 1/4 of it in this patty, with a slice of provalone. not bad.
i will, honestly, have some cereal after i'm done w/ this post.
